Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Electro-Mechanical Assembly team.
• Ensure production goals are achieved without compromising quality or safety.
• Interpret and apply technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics in assembly work.
• Track team productivity, workflow efficiency, and labor use.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and development for assembly technicians.
• Quickly identify and solve technical or production-related issues.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams to overcome production obstacles.
• Lead process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and performance.
• Keep accurate records of production output and team performance.

Requirements:

• Experience supervising or managing a production team is required.
• Background in electrification, electro-mechanical assembly, or related industries is a plus.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting technical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of power distribution units, industrial controls, or switchgear preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
