Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer

In this position, you will collaborate with homeowners, builders, and remodelers to create custom cabinetry solutions, manage projects from concept to completion, and contribute to the growth of the company’s design division.
Responsibilities:
- Design custom kitchen and bath cabinetry layouts using 20/20 Design Software with precision and creativity
- Consult with clients in the showroom to understand needs and guide product selections
- Accurately measure spaces and prepare detailed project orders and documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, remodelers, and trade professionals to drive new business opportunities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cabinetry design and sales
- Proficiency with 20/20 Design Software and strong technical design skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with project documentation processes
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
