Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintaining and repairing production and facility equipment, including mechanical and electrical components
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Respond promptly to equipment issues and breakdowns to restore operations quickly
• Identify early signs of wear or malfunction and address them before they escalate
• Troubleshoot machinery using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools
• Maintain accurate communication with supervisors regarding equipment conditions
• Support training and onboarding efforts by providing technical guidance when needed
• Keep maintenance and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, GMPs, and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a plant or industrial maintenance environment
• Strong working knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Comfortable using basic math, measurements, and problem-solving techniques
• Capable of following written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
• Dependable, punctual, and professional with a proactive work style
• Must pass a drug test and background check
