Window & Door Service Technician

Responsibilities:
• Perform installation adjustments and repairs on windows and doors, including screens, glass, sashes, and hardware
• Diagnose and resolve service issues efficiently, ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales teams and vendors to coordinate parts ordering and warranty service
• Complete service documentation accurately and submit required paperwork promptly
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at job sites while adhering to company standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in window and door service or related construction work
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights using ladders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and effective communication skills
