Responsibilities:

• Perform soldering and assembly of small components and electrical subassemblies.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and job sheets to build assemblies accurately.
• Assemble and wire components such as solenoids, relays, and drive units following production specifications.
• Set up and operate basic production tools and equipment including presses, crimpers, and hand tools.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist in training new team members and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• IPC certification or formal soldering training.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
