Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading mechanical contracting company in the Raleigh area that is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding job status and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of HVAC service experience (commercial/industrial preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED required; EPA Certification a plus
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and working in various physical positions (standing, bending, kneeling, climbing)
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required
