Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Wilmington area who is hiring a Packaging Operator to join their manufacturing team. This is a fantastic contract opportunity working on 1st shift, 8am-6:30pm, Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Operate inspection, labeling, and packaging equipment for solid dose products
- Perform basic math calculations and complete documentation accurately
- Conduct in-process checks, component counting, and material handling
- Follow all cGMP and company quality/safety standards
- Support daily operations and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2+ years of work experience; mechanical or pharmaceutical experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
