Accentuate Staffing is assisting a client of ours in the Greenville, SC area recruit for a Project Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity. Must have commercial drywall industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to design specifications, contracts, and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with estimators, superintendents, and vendors to ensure material coordination and project accuracy
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to maintain profitability and efficiency
- Administer contracts, budgets, materials, and equipment procurement
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders
- Prioritize safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery on every project
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction or a related trade
- Proven track record managing drywall, ceiling, or interior systems projects
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Financially minded with the ability to manage costs and track budgets effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with project management and construction software tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results
