Accentuate Staffing is seeking a reliable and professional temporary office administrator for one of our clients in Raleigh, NC.  The temporary office administer in this role will  provide front office support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

  •  Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  •  Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take messages as needed
  •  Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper files
  •  Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  •  Provide administrative support to office staff and management
  •  Assist with scheduling, supply orders, and other clerical tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  •  1+ year of experience in an office, administrative, or receptionist role
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  •  Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  •  Excellent communication and customer service skills
  •  Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
