Temporary Project Manager
Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects related to NCQA Accreditation and other key internal initiatives for one of our clients. This is a 6-month temporary assignment offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact on organizational quality and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project.
- Lead and facilitate virtual project team meetings, ensuring clear action items and follow-ups.
- Track and report project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Document meeting minutes, decisions, and project updates in SharePoint and other systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support NCQA Accreditation readiness and internal process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, Human Services, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong virtual meeting facilitation skills and ability to work effectively with remote teams.
- PMP certification strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of NCQA Accreditation processes and/or the healthcare industry strongly preferred
