
HR Generalist
Accentuate Staffing is seeking a HR Generalist for a pharmaceutical client in Raleigh, NC. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The HR Generalist provides guidance to managers and employees, manages confidential and time-sensitive information, and ensures all work is delivered accurately, professionally, and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to employees and managers while maintaining strict confidentiality.
 - Enforce company policies and practices consistently.
 - Support recruiting and hiring processes, including job descriptions, requisitions, background checks, and eligibility verifications.
 - Manage onboarding, prepare documentation and welcome kits, and conduct new hire orientation.
 - Create and maintain compliant employee personnel files.
 - Serve as the first point of contact for HR processes and policies, building trust across all levels of the organization.
 - Administer employment changes and maintain HR database accuracy.
 - Prepare and submit accurate payroll data on time.
 - Support performance management, goal setting, annual reviews, bonuses, and merit increase processes.
 - Assist with required and optional training programs.
 - Develop, compile, and distribute HR reports and documentation, including EEO compliance.
 - Support internal and external audits.
 - Process and track HR invoices.
 - Assist with enforcement of site rules and regulations.
 - Participate in committees to provide HR support and track goal completion.
 - Contribute to employee relations and satisfaction initiatives.
 - Support employee engagement activities, philanthropy projects, and site events.
 - Maintain HR communication materials for bulletin boards and monitors.
 - Provide back-up support to other HR Generalists across the U.S. as needed.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
 - 3+ years of HR experience, including multi-state HR support.
 - Manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
 - SHRM-CP certification preferred.
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
 - Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
 - Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
 - High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
 - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems.
 - Willingness to travel as needed.
