Accentuate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper/Office Administrator for our client located in North Raleigh, 27616.  The Bookkeeper will manage the daily accounting/administrative tasks for the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording all financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with a variety of office administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing financial statements & journal entries,
  • Performing daily bookkeeping (AP/AR) tasks to include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage payroll & taxes for a small staff of 20 employees
  • Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and vendor payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking
  • Organize and maintain financial files and records
  • Other administrative/office tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks required
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively onsite Monday-Friday
  • Experience in the electrical industry is a plus
