Responsibilities:

• Oversee the reliability, safety, and compliance of a highly regulated, pharmaceutical production facility.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring equipment and systems run efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to support production and meet strict regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality to ensure all systems comply with cGMP, FDA, and other industry standards.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and spare parts inventory to optimize resources.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, reliability, and operational performance.
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities as our company grows and production needs shift.

Requirements:

• 10 plus years Maintenance leadership experience OR a Bachelors degree in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering field, etc. with 5 plus years maintenance management background.
• Proven leadership in maintenance management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP standards and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with utilities, process equipment, and facility systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across multiple departments.
• Strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day maintenance with long-term planning.
• Computer skills with CMMS, SAP, MS Office Suite

Preferred:

• Background working with oral solid dose or pharmaceutical liquids equipment.
• PLC programming and controls background.
