Senior Validation Engineer
Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer who is hiring for a Senior Validation Engineer to join their team. Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee validation projects across the site, ensuring documentation and compliance are maintained to the highest standards.
- Partner with Engineering, Technical, and Site Validation teams to align activities with the CAPEX Plan and Site Validation Master Plan.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Provide technical guidance during audits and inspections, ensuring readiness for all regulatory markets.
- Manage multiple concurrent validation initiatives, balancing resources and timelines effectively.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting consistency and best practices across validation activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven track record in validation within pharmaceutical and/or FMCG environments.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, validation standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing validation projects from concept to completion within budget and schedule constraints.
- Ability to interpret and apply material properties and manufacturing/processing technologies in validation work.
