
Front Office Manager
Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Office Manager for a client in Sanford, NC. This role requires a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is skilled at managing both people and processes, and can confidently tackle challenges before they escalate. The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating front office operations, supervising a small administrative team, and supporting leadership with key initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient environment.
- Supervise and support a team of 3 front office employees, including onboarding, training, task delegation, and performance management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor and manage office inventory and supply levels.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling, correspondence, and special projects.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office management, administrative, or front office role.
- Industry experience in healthcare, logistics, or equipment service is preferred but not required.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate team members.
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in G-Suite; experience with QuickBooks or Zoho is a plus.
