Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a leading tile distributor that is seeking an Overhead Crane/Forklift Operator to join their team in Knightdale. This is a direct hire opportunity offering full-time hours, a fast-paced work environment, and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Build and design tile sample boards for shops and showrooms
- Cut, arrange, and glue tile/mosaic pieces to create marketing displays
- Receive, track, organize, and ship samples to vendors and internal branches
- Maintain sample inventory and reorder materials as needed
- Enter data and manage records using LTL Freight software
- Operate forklifts, hoists, and cranes safely per company standards
- Load and unload materials, securing slabs properly for transport
- Inspect incoming and outgoing material for quality and accuracy
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Forklift experience required
- Overhead crane experience a plus
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using freight software and basic computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
