Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day lamination operations and production personnel
• Develop and track KPIs to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety targets are met
• Train, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance and maintain high standards
• Coordinate staffing levels and production schedules to meet customer demand
• Investigate defects in lamination or production and implement effective corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless production flow
• Continuously improve processes by eliminating waste and enhancing productivity
• Ensure proper understanding of work orders, part numbers, and production requirements
• Participate in and lead safety and training initiatives across the department
• Support new product introductions in partnership with engineering and operations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environments
• Background in fiberglass, lamination, or marine manufacturing is required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment
