Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing civil engineering company in the RTP area who is hiring a Service Support Specialist to join their team. This is a contract to hire opportunity working on 1st shift, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the gauge calibration process, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Coordinate with the service team to keep jobs on schedule and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and manage calibration records and certification documents for customer compliance needs
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for service-related parts and materials
  • Assist with entering and tracking sales orders and purchase orders tied to service activities
  • Support day-to-day operations in the shop, including pulling parts, packing shipments, receiving deliveries, and lifting items up to 50 lbs as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is a plus
  • Experience in a calibration, testing, or technical service environment is preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
