Accentuate Staffing is assisting a a local medical device company in the RTP area who is hiring a Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Coordinator to join their team. This is a contract to hire opportunity working 6:30am-3pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinator will receive in and stock clinical grade materials
- Coordinator will maintain inventory of materials, managing inventory accuracy
- Coordinator will verify and record shipments in ERP system
- Coordinator will coordinate with carriers and internal teams on shipments
- Coordinator will verify and process shipments
Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least 2 years warehouse background with receiving, inventory, and/or shipping
- Candidates must have experience working in a GMP environment
- Candidates must be familiar with GDPs
- Candidates must be computer savvy with MS Office Suite and WMS
