QA Specialist
Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a fantastic, CDMO who is hiring for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. This is a direct hire or contract to hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, working onsite. This person would be supporting day-to-day quality assurance activities on the manufacturing floor.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct batch record review and support real-time documentation practices.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with GMP and internal procedures.
- Identify and escalate quality issues observed during manufacturing.
- Ensure adherence to QA protocols and assist in enforcing quality standards on the floor.
- Support internal audits and readiness for external inspections.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree combined with 3 to 5 years of experience in a GMP-regulated, pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of QA principles and current Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Experience with line clearance, batch documentation, and material movement.
- Ability to work independently on the manufacturing floor in a fast-paced setting.
