Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing printing company in the Fuquay area who is hiring a 3rd Shift Press Operator to join their team dedicated to high-quality printing services. This is a contract to hire opportunity that requires experience with Heidelberg presses and the ability to adapt quickly during 1st shift training. Once trained, the position transitions to 3rd shift working 11pm-7am.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Heidelberg printing presses to ensure high-quality output.
- Monitor press performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Perform press setups, adjustments, and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure print jobs meet client specifications and company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior experience operating Heidelberg Press machines is mandatory.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to train on 1st shift (daytime hours) before transitioning to 3rd shift.
