Samantha Dolan - Recruiter, Light Industrial

Originally from the desert heat of Mesa, Arizona but proudly raised in Fuquay-Varina, NC, Sam brings Southern charm, serious credentials, and a whole lot of positive energy to the Accentuate team. She’s a two-time Pirate, holding both her B.S. in Communications and M.A. in Strategic Communications from East Carolina University – Go Pirates!

Sam’s take on The Power of Positive? It’s all about mindset. She believes there’s good to be found in every situation – sometimes you just have to squint a little to see it.

Outside of work, you’ll find her traveling, hiking, hitting the golf course, or getting her steps in with her pups. She also supports the NC Food Bank and holds SHRM-CP certification through the Society for Human Resource Management – which basically makes her the go-to for people, processes, and positivity.

Extraordinary? Maybe not in her own words. But just a “normal southern gal” like Sam keeps this place running smoothly – and smiling.
