Responsibilities:

• Supervisor will lead and schedule warehouse and delivery staff to ensure safe and efficient daily operations
• Supervisor will oversee all aspects of warehouse productivity, workflow, and accuracy
• Supervisor will ensure merchandise is properly received, stored, and handled according to company standards
• Supervisor will manage the maintenance schedule for company vehicles and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Supervisor will coordinate the accurate routing, loading, and shipment of customer orders
• Supervisor will address and resolve any delivery-related customer complaints
• Supervisor will participate in physical inventory counts and cycle count activities
• Supervisor will ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all other applicable safety regulations

Requirements:

• Candidates must have prior experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations
• Candidates must have working knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and safety procedures
• Candidates must have familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and related compliance standards
• Candidates must have experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or operations is preferred
