Accentuate Staffing is assisting a custom CNC machine shop in Durham, NC who is hiring a Production Planner/Scheduler to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working onsite Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed production plans and schedules.
- Ensure engineering teams stay on track to deliver high quality products on time.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to align priorities and resources.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Organize and track jobs from inception to delivery.
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks in the production process.
- Maintain clear communication across departments to support a seamless workflow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or project management in a manufacturing environment.
- Background in a small to medium size machine shop is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in relevant scheduling and project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
