Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing construction equipment company, who is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts/Counter Sales Associate to join their team. This is a temp to hire position working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. If you have a passion for the industry and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and showroom.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints both in person and over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in counter sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale and order entry systems.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items, as needed.
