Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of automation and control system projects from concept through commissioning.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure technical and contractual requirements are met.
• Oversee design and integration of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial networks.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Travel to customer sites for project kickoffs, reviews, and system commissioning as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, with at least 2 years in a project management role.
• Strong technical knowledge of PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMI/SCADA systems, motion control, and industrial communication protocols.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• PMP Certification or similar is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel locally (approximately 20–40%, depending on project requirements).
