Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading custom equipment manufacturer who is looking for a CNC Machinist II to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 6:30am-5pm Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- CNC Machinist will set up CNC Mills and lathes
- Machinist will review set up instructions, drawings, inspection forms and other relevant documentation
- Machinist will load tools per set up instructions, set tool offsets
- Machinist will adjust equipment, inspect parts, and submit passing parts to QA
- Machinist will begin production once first article is approved from QA
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 7+ years experience setting up CNC Mills and Lathes
- Candidates must be able to read and understand engineering drawings
- Candidates must understand G code
- Candidates must have a strong knowledge of tooling and feeds, speeds, etc.
- Candidates must be able to download programs from the computer
