Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment calibration and maintenance services at customer sites and in-house
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the service process
• Prepare calibration documentation in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards
• Clean, lubricate, and perform minor repairs on gauges and related equipment
• Maintain accurate service records using internal software tools
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives

Requirements:

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% (including overnight stays)
• Prior field service experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work in materials labs (asphalt, concrete, and soil environments)
• Valid driver’s license
