Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a wonderful Animal Hospital who is hiring for a Practice Manager to join their team.
This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, working onsite. The ideal candidate has the ability to manage the daily operations of an Animal Hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily operations, managing all employees on daily responsibilities and workflow. Identifying any potential areas for improvement in workflow.
- Oversees admin duties including; expense management, loss prevention, scheduling, and inventory management and more.
- Assists in surgeries and steps in as Vet Tech or Receptionist when needed.
- Strongly participates in both the hiring and training of new employees.
- Mentor employees to meet both their individual goals and company led objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience practicing veterinary medicine in an Animal Hospital environment.
- Experience assisting on a variety of surgeries.
- Communicates professionally and effectively, especially in emotionally charged or challenging situations.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a team oriented environment.
- Computer savvy.
