Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Hybrid Customer Service Representative Monday – Friday from 12pm until 8 pm. This will be 3 days from hone and 2 days in office with a mandatory day on Wednesday. Our client is a national network of experts working with property owners and adjusters to major catastrophic weather events.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and verify information for entry into CRM platform
  • Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Respond to information requests from clients over the phone and email
  • Answer phones and respond to client requests
  • Onboard new customers

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient with MS Office and CRM platforms
  • Ability to process large amounts of information accurately and quickly
  • Team player, Organized , Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone demeanor
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to work Monday – Friday from 12 pm until 8 pm
  • Experience in insurance or horticulture would be preferred
