Electrical Test Technician
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a manufacturer who is looking for a Quality Test Technician to join their team. This is a contract to hire opportunity, working 2nd shift hours. The position will require employees train on 1st shift for a few months before transitioning to 2nd shift.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Test Technician will inspect and test equipment at initial and in process and final stages of the manufacturing process
- Test Tech will document quality activities and ensure quality compliance is followed
- Test Tech will review quality procedures and work with Quality Assurance to implement new quality processes
- Test Tech will work with a team to resolve corrective action items and assist to identify any area of process improvement
Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least 1 year quality and electrical testing experience, 2+ years’ preferred
- Candidates must be able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics
- Candidates must have previous experience testing and validating electrical equipment and raw materials
- Candidates must 20/20 correctable near-sighted vision in both eyes
- Candidates must be computer savvy
- Candidates must be able to work independently and have good written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, electronics degree is a plus
