Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical components and subassemblies with accuracy and care
• Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production guidelines to ensure proper builds
• Utilize hand tools, soldering equipment, and magnification devices as needed in the assembly process
• Perform basic quality checks and assist with troubleshooting when issues arise
• Maintain a safe and organized work area while meeting daily production goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience in assembly and testing in a manufacturing environment
• Must be comfortable working with small parts, wiring, and precision tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings such as blueprints and schematics
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with soldering process preferred
• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
