Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading commercial printing company in search of a Quality Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits and a day shift schedule, with hours varying as needed. The Quality Services Supervisor will lead the quality assurance team, ensure production meets strict quality standards, resolve customer issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the Quality Services team, including staffing, training, and performance
  2. Ensure production meets quality standards and customer requirements
  3. Analyze technical and operational data to support quality decisions
  4. Collaborate with production teams to test and implement new products, processes, or methods
  5. Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently
  6. Partner with sales and customer service teams on issues with new and existing accounts
  7. Promote continuous improvement initiatives and implement Total Quality Program tools

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar role in a commercial printing environment
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a formal supervisory or leadership role
  3. Willingness to work multiple shifts, including nights
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Strong customer service orientation
  6. Associate’s degree in a relevant field required
