Responsibilities:

• Prepare job billings meeting monthly deadlines
• Manage all aspects of billing jobs.
• Maintain backup and an orderly filing system for billing files
• Process and return contract and related documents
• Collaborate with customers as well as vendors to provide all documents necessary, including pay applications, lien waivers, certificates of insurance, sales tax reports, invoice copies etc.
• Process and return contract documents
• Provide support to executive management in other areas as requested.

Requirements:

• Minimum Associates degree in accounting, business, or related field
• 3+ Years billing experience (prefer construction/services industry)
• Knowledge or experience working with  AIA billing  is a plus
• Experience supporting Sales Reps with customer billing
• Advance Microsoft Excel skills
• Positive attitude and calm demeanor
• Pleasant, helpful and service minded on phone, via email and in person.
• Patience in working with customers
• Go-getter willing to tackle and solve problems and issues
• Ability to work well with project managers and salespeople
• Ability to work independently yet keep superiors informed of important matters
• Detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
