Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a managed care organization that is hiring an IT Support Technician to support workstation infrastructure. This includes virtual and physical desktop hardware, Microsoft Operating Systems, and application software packaging and deployments. Do you have experience supporting, managing, and configuring technologies for end users? If so, this is a temp-to-perm opportunity that will allow you to learn and develop your skills in Windows applications while getting to learn new systems in the banking/financial space.
This role is for someone interested in either a three-to-six-month contract or a potential full-time opportunity with great benefits, a competitive wage, and is comfortable working in an office. The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing technology or process solutions to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform new workstation setups using VMWare and LANDesk (or similar technologies).
- Work directly with end-users/customers to ensure delivery of new setup and to troubleshoot issues.
- Provide support for the setup and troubleshooting of cell phones/mobile devices.
- Responsible for the maintenance and repairs of computers throughout the organization
Requirements:
- Experienced in the setup, installation, maintenance, and report of personal computers, printers, network systems, and mobile devices.
- Experience with setup, configuration, and usage of internet and intranet tools
- Physical and logical network connectivity experience
