Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading Supply Chain and Logistics solution provider who is looking for a Senior Warehouse Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire position requiring 40% travel across the US.
Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Manager will oversee strategic goals related to warehouse operations
- Warehouse Manager will maintain and increase customer service, transportation, and profitability by implementing new customer solutions
- Manager will identify new Distribution Centers including site openings and closures
- Manager will establish KPI’s, business targets, execution of contractual agreements
- Manager will monitor warehouse programs to ensure compliance by suppliers
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc, OR have equivalent experience
- Candidates must have 3+ years leadership background in distribution environments
- Candidates must have 7+ years experience in services, sales, and/or operations
- Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office applications
