Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a full time remote Billing Analyst for a Global IT organization. In this role you will be responsible for providing customer support, responding to basic client inquiries and other clerical tasks related to entering and maintaining customer billing records as well as assistance in order entry activities.

All applicants must be NC residents.  This role is remote but you must live in NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Salesforce order queue. Processing new orders, contracts and contract amendments in the billing system, ensure that these items are properly authorized and recorded.
  • Processing address changes, corrections, billing change requests etc.
  • General customer service follow-ups to customers contacting the accounting department with questions on their invoices and services
  • Working with customers to process credit card payments or set up auto pay
  • Coordinating delivery of invoices to customers and answer any customer questions.
  • Collaborating with internal departments, such as Sales and Order Management to ensure efficient, timely and accurate invoice processing and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Special Billing reports and requests for customers monthly
  • General account maintenance such as processing address changes, corrections, billing change requests etc.
  • General customer service follow-ups to customers contacting the accounting department with questions on their invoices and services
  • Working with customers to process credit card payments or set up auto pay
  • Incoming calls from customers as well as Zendesk for incoming Billing requests for customers
  • Opening cancellation tickets per the customer’s request. Once processed by Account management process early termination fee and final billing to customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of previous accounting/administrative processing experience
  • Experience with MS Office suite
  • SAP and Salesforce preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of people
  • Must have a professional demeanor and ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Must be reliable and committed to good attendance and timeliness
