Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for a growing medical device manufacturer in Durham, NC.  The Product Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and will support day to day marketing and field sales operations, assist with the management of marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities. Our client is  seeking an individual who has experience in the medical equipment or pharma industry and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment, who possesses a strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently. This is a direct hire hybrid role with great benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supply chain management, inventory management, & forecasting
  • Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate legal, medical, regulatory review, approval, and archiving of approved materials, including traffic to and from partner agencies
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and sales collateral, as well as ensure corporate guidelines are met.
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
  • Write, proofread, and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases.
  • Provide sales support such as sales materials, product questions, cross-references, information for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and customer communications
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders and partners for demand planning, manufacturing, distribution, and service to maintain high service levels and assist in inventory availability questions, backorder and constraint process
  • Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.
  • Liaise with the project managers for activity updates and upcoming product/service needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • Experience in managing forecasting, inventory management, and logistics
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing
  • Medical Equipment and or biopharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity and comfort navigating all Microsoft Office programs
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat software, particularly Adobe Illustrator preferred
  • Experience using SteepRock CRM or similar management systems
