Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading Medical Technology company with their need for a HR Director.

The HR Director has overall responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. This position will support business needs to assure proper compliance with all State and Federal regulation to ensure the proper implementation of the company strategy and objectives. This position will collaborate with Senior Management to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, compensation management, training & development, employment cycle changes, and talent management.

Responsibilities:

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process of new employees.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance on a global basis throughout human resource management.
  • Member of the Leadership Team.

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Human Resources and or Business Administration
  • 100% onsite in RTP, NC
  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • 10 years of progressive HR Experience preferably in High Growth environments
  • Small to Med size Life Sciences experience is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Experience with compensation and benefit systems. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency on a PC and experience with Microsoft Office Products and Google apps
  • A willingness to “figure things out”
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
