Accentuate Staffing is supporting a local Non-Profit organization in their search for an Executive Assistant. In this position you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of key organization events and providing support for the effective maintenance of relationships with various key stakeholder groups. This is an amazing opportunity for a skilled administrative professional with exemplary communication and organizational skills in the Chapel Hill area!
Responsibilities:
- Manage President’s calendar and contacts
- Coordinate weekly staff meetings via web conferencing application
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to assist in coordination of industry conference attendance as well as alumni networking and other special events
- Draft correspondence, certificates and other materials for review and finalization
- Maintain organizational essential files, including corporate documents
- Prepare and submit expense reports for self and President
- Act as a liaison to, and maintain contact information for, members of the Board of Directors, Executive Fellows and other key POCs as assigned by President
- Collaborate with VP, Finance and Administration and, as needed, President and Marketing and Communications Manager regarding coordination of annual employee events and, as needed, other human resources functions such as candidate recruiting communications
- Work with entire internal team, but especially the executive team, to provide support as requested
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Previously supported as an Executive Assistant or extended experience in a multifaceted administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom and other general office software
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience within the Non-Profit sector preferred
