Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing Biopharmaceutical company who is looking for a part-time Facilities Specialist to join their team. This position is working 8:30am-5pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Facilities Specialist will provide facility and maintenance support for all office, lab, and utility environments
- Specialist will execute corrective and preventative maintenance of building systems, equipment, utility infrastructure, and respond to emergency maintenance issues
- Specialist maintain laboratories and administration buildings
- Specialist will supervise utility suppliers and contractors
- Specialist will generate and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs
Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least 3 years Facilities Maintenance background supporting laboratory operations
- Candidates must have a broad knowledge of building maintenance and repairs, carpentry, hvac, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Candidates must have maintenance experience with mission critical infrastructure and utilities systems
- Candidates with a Bachelors degree in a related field preferred or  equivalent experience
