Accentuate Staffing is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in Raleigh, NC. The Administrative Assistant will perform all clerical functions including photocopying, drafting communications, incoming and outgoing calls, data entry, and report generation.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a warm and inviting manner
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Schedule meeting and appointments and maintain calendars
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Answer multi-line phone and direct to appropriate personnel
- Order office supplies for staff
- Open and sort daily mail
- Assist with planning company events
- Special projects as needed
Requirements:
- High School diploma
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Customer Service minded – ability to handle difficult situations
- Able to anticipate needs and manage multiple competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
- Ability to perform multiple assignments without immediate supervision
