Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading medical device manufacturer in the Apex area who is looking for a Production Line Lead. This is a contract-hire opportunity working 6am-4pm Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- a) Line Lead will assist with running production including setting up and operating machinery
- b) Line Lead will make adjustments to machinery as needs
- c) Line lead will assist with quality inspections of finished goods
Requirements:
- Candidates must have previous leadership background in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work without supervision
- Candidates must be able to set up and operate machinery
- Knowledge of clean room protocol, following SOPs, a plus
- Candidates must be willing and able to train new employees and assist with process improvement
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED
- Candidates must be proficient using Microsoft Office
