Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a growing Life Sciences organization in the Cary area. This is a great opportunity for a professional college graduate who has an interest in developing their career in Regulatory Affairs. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary, benefits package and PTO.  This position will author, edit and manage artwork production for labeling of companies products and will track the progress of multiple projects simultaneously. This person will also collaborate closely with other regulatory team members as well as state and federal agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive ownership of Branded Labels and Artwork from initial draft through external postings
  • Disciplined version management for work items
  • Ensure that Product Container Labels are complete in advance of product manufacture
  • Develop Specimen Labels for website publication
  • Coordinate preparation of Safety Data Sheets with consultant
  • Review and index registered uses of products with 3rd party providers to ensure that customers have access to available products
  • Proofread artwork generated by vendor to ensure accuracy
  • Track and update work using an Excel spreadsheet
  • Determining label text based upon existing registered products and project objectives
  • Authoring an initial draft label for EPA submission Ensuring that all submitted labels are in accordance with EPA and state regulatory standards
  • Editing and communicating with EPA to facilitate product registration
  • Proactively and effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Communications to implement consistent label design templates, colors, product logos, brand names and market strategies
  • Advise the Operations Team on utilization of existing artwork compared to generation of new artwork
  • Collaborate with State Regulatory during label drafting to ensure the product can be registered in all states
  • Once federal registration is approved, develop necessary artwork items for state submission

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in a life science related field preferred (or Associate’s degree and 4+ years relevant experience)
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (MS Word and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat and willingness to learn other relevant systems is required
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with superior attention to detail is required
  • The ability to communicate proactively and professionally both verbally and in writing to a diverse group of stake holders and regulatory agencies is critical for this role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, , strong initiative and sense of urgency, problem solving skills are required
