Accentuate Staffing is assisting a hands-on STEM learning company recruit for a Mobile Unity Technician/Driver. This is a direct hire opportunity offering great benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for operating mobile unit to deliver STEM education programs to schools K-12 throughout the Carolinas.
- Candidate will also set-up and install new systems for teaching staff to utilize
- Candidate will need to maintain and troubleshoot generators, HVAC units, 3D printers, etc.
- Candidate will be responsible for maintaining vehicle and mobile unit service schedules
Requirements:
- Candidate must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Must have previous experience operating mobile units, or experience as a roadshow tour operator
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must have strong mechanical abilities to include experience maintaining and troubleshooting generators, HVAC units, printers, computers, etc.
- This position requires 60-70% travel, with about 1/3 of that being overnight stays
- Will be required to lift 50+ lbs continuously
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
