Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing pharmaceutical company in the Clayton area who is hiring an Associate Manager, QA Aseptic Production, to join their team. This is a direct hire, night shift position working Sunday-Thursday nights.
Responsibilities:
- Associate Manager will supervisor QA technicians in an Aseptic Production environment
- Manager will work closely with manufacturing to improve quality of the product and production process
- Manager will lead and coordinate batch release activities
- Manager will develop and implement metrics for Quality System process improvements
- Manager will approve deviations as required
- Manager will ensure KPIs are defined and measured
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5 plus years QA background in a pharmaceutical or medical device industry and 2+ years supervisory experience
- Candidates must have an expertise in QA Processes to include product disposition, deviations, quality monitoring, change control, audits/inspections, batch release
- Candidates must have a strong knowledge of US, EU, GMP regulations and guidelines
- Candidates must possess a solid knowledge of LEAN tools, continuous improvement
