Accentuate Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales Support Manager to join a fast paced organization. The primary focus of the position is to manage and mentor the Internal Sales Coordination Team (ISC) and ensure customer satisfaction. The ISC Manager takes an active role in project maintenance and customer support, and functions as a liaison with all channel partners and operations to achieve positive results.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for training and managing the Internal Sales Coordination department (ISC Department) consisting of 5 people by ensuring that the team has the skills required to be comfortable, efficient, and effective in their roles
- Support internal team by reviewing escalated issues and formulating solutions
- Communicate with Operations as necessary to ensure successful processing and delivery of orders in a timely fashion
- Provide support and guidance for team members on time-sensitive orders and requests
- Works with Operations to develop new processes for efficiency and reporting
- Communicates with internal departments to coordinate and support all sales and marketing programs
- Manage customer expectations and support internal team in communications with customers and dealers
- Communicate updated procedures and program information to internal coordinators
- Work with sales managers and marketing team to stay up to date on new products and current programs and be able to communicate them to sales reps, customers, and dealers
- Serve as primary point of contact for major dealers
- Formulate weekly plan for internal team and hold department meetings as necessary
- Assist sales managers as needed in quoting through AutoQuotes and communicating with customers
- Provide cross-training opportunities for internal sales coordinators
- Build and maintain positive and productive relations with clients, dealers, and third-party representatives
- Maintain an efficient and positive working environment
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge
- Handle additional projects as required to support our business plan
Requirements:
- Hospitality industry knowledge
- Previous people-management experience preferred
- Experience in customer service
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, well-organized and able to prioritize
- Able to problem solve and make empowered decisions
- Able to operate in a rapidly changing environment and reprioritize as needed
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (e.g. Windows based office PC programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to learn product knowledge to effectively respond to inquiries
- Driven with a genuine interest in learning various aspects of the company as well as product knowledge
