Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Marketing Specialist to join a well-established Engineering and Architecture Design Firm in Raleigh or Charlotte, NC. This company is Veteran Owned with 10 locations across the US. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary, benefit package, retirement and growth potential. The Marketing Specialist will lead social media efforts, coordinate website maintenance, and assist with the employee newsletter while also assist in preparing Architecture and Engineering (A/E) requests for proposals and A/E Requests for Qualifications, especially for the Federal Government.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, prepare, organize, compose, and complete proposals (custom format, SF 330, etc)
- Work with cross functional teams to gain needed information
- Lead social media efforts
- Coordinate website maintenance
- Assist in writing and editing employee newsletter
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English, Journalism, Communications, or related discipline
- 2-5 years of experience is required
- SF 330 experience is strongly preferred
