Accentuate Staffing is seeking experienced Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator to join a global leading ingredient manufacturer in Morrisville, NC.  This role will support the sales team in all customer-related activities, oversee the complete order and shipment process to ensure that customer requirements and expectations are met.  This is an onsite long term temporary position M-F 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all customer orders
  • Receive orders, confirm internally, confirm with customer, enter in system
  • Enter all orders on forecasts and manage
  • Communicate with Production Planning & QC on order status.
  • Verify required documentation for all orders/shipments
  • Become familiar with all required documents for international shipments
  • Prepare, receive and process all documentation for all shipments
  • Communicate and send all documentation to customers (internally and externally)
  • Confirm delivery (date, quantity, quality, etc.).
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders/custom brokers/warehouses, etc.
  • Coordinate shipments and organize the logistics.
  •       All the above requires close and constant communication with colleagues at NGI, NGIL, NGC and NGU.
  • Act as the first line of contact with customers on every day issues and requests
  • Troubleshoot simple customer requests and handle personally
  • Communicate all customer issues/requests internally with account managers
  • Support sales staff with all types of customer requests (documentation, order information, regulatory documentation, etc.)
  • Manage stock inventory at 3rd party warehouses
  • Manage import permits and relationships with USDA and FDA.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in a business-related degree
  • MS Office Skills & Salesforce
  • 1-3 years of experience in a business environment in a customer service or sales & marketing role with significant customer interface.
  • Confirmed experience handling multiple projects or tasks at one time.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively, to meet customer needs and employer objectives
