Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Office Coordinator for a successful energy company in Durham, NC. The Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers and guest visiting or calling the organization. The candidate for this role must have an upbeat engaging personality with ability to multitask and willingness to assist with projects as needed. This is an on site full time M-F 8-5 temp to hire position .
Responsibilities:
- Greet all incoming guests promptly and professionally
- Answer incoming phone calls take messages and/or direct to appropriate individual or department
- Types documents, memos, and company announcements with attention to detail
- Prepare and sort incoming and outgoing mail, send copies, faxes, and maintains files
- Monthly financial reconciliation of travel/office expenses/shipping requests
- Travel Support and emergency bookings
- Ordering and maintaining of office supplies
- Perform special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of front office administrative experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to adapt to frequent priority changes
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to maintain a positive experience for all guests
- Availability to work on site full time M-F 8am-5pm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including excellent data entry skills
- Team player willing to take on new tasks
